DAY UNO !!!
Today I planned on starting on the Candida diet.... not officially. What do you mean by " Not officially"? Well, I planned on starting today, but I eat meals as a family. As, my family already prepared such an extravaganza meal for us. I can't say no to them and say I will cook something else to eat. It's considered rude in my family. So for lunch I didn't eat healthy, but through out the day I did. I swear I did... Or I attempted to.

10:45 AM: Wake Up
12:00 PM: Drank Two Cups of water + 1 Tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar
12:10 PM: Ate 1Tbs of Chia seeds mixed with 1Tbs of Hummus in a Corn Tortilla
01:20 PM: Ate quinoa over stir fry veggies and beef
02:00 PM: Took Chinese Herbal Medicine ( I will link another blog about this later )
05:00 PM: Ate Corn torilla + Almond butter and strawberry jam
05:10 PM: Drank another cup of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with 2 Cups of water
08:00 PM: Had Brown Rice Spaghetti Noodles, with homemade vegan spaghetti sauce. 1/4 chicken breast pan fried, and homemade vegan colesaw.
09:25 PM: Drank second dose of Chinese Herbal Medicine.
