Day 2


Finally Day 2 Has Come: The Official Start !

09:45 AM: Drank apple cider vinegar diluted with 2 cups of water 

  ~ Went back to sleep ~

12:30 AM: Drank milk of magnesia. I couldn't seem to go for a whole week.. and needed some boost
  1:05 PM: Had a decent BM
01:00 PM: Ate Lettuce salad with smoked salmon on the side. Along with two cups of water
04:04 PM : Had 1 corn tortilla + half an avocado + smoked salmon + some hot sauce
